Music Therapy Workshops & Training Following her heart’s desire, Dr. Sonara enjoys helping individuals to achieve the highest level of self-sufficiency through creativity expression. After working as a Counselor during the Oklahoma City Bombing, Dr. Sonara was motivated to explore Expressive Arts Therapy with emphasis on music. After years of researching the benefits of music, Dr. Sonara presents music as a health resource through
individual and group sessions. Dr. Sonara shares the belief that through creative expression and the tapping of the imagination, a person can examine the body, feelings, and emotions of his or her thought process.
